I was reading The Hebrew Calendar information, which is awesome and a little confusing. On page 2/4 under, "Tables to help your understanding; second paragraph, it states, "The table below is set out the Appointed Times 2022. The days in red are HIGH SABBATH DAYS, and these are days on which you ONLY DO ESSENTIAL WORK"! the day is set aside to Yahuah, to worship, study, pray and join with other believers to celebrate the Fathers salvation plan". My concern is that scripture says on HIGH SABBATHS, including the weekly SABBATH, there is to be NO TYPE OF WORK. Is the typing in the article a misstatement? Wpuld someone please clarify? Thank you brothers and sisters Natsarim!! Otherwide, I'm enjoying reading, study the material available. Blessings in YAHUAH/YAHUSHA'S NAME!

Here is a Saint in Texas who follows the Natsarim way. Interesting fact about Pink salt and the Nephalim.

Hi Dianne, and apologies for the delay in replying to you. It is a good question, and one that I have had posed a number of times.
Although we do not have direction from the Scriptures on High Sabbaths, we are told the same as the normal weekly Sabbath – do no work.
The Messiah did not do any work on the Sabbath, but we do see Him doing his ministry of healing, feeding and teaching on the Sabbath. The Messiah Yahusha healed people on the Sabbath day. He also reprimanded the pharisees for their attitude when they complained that healing people on the Sabbath breached the Commandments.
Two good verses to consider are
Mark 3:4 And He said to them, “Is it right to do good on the Sabbath, or to do evil, to save life or to kill?” But they remained silent. 5 And having looked around on them with displeasure, being grieved at the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
Luke 14: 2 And see, there was a certain man before Him suffering from dropsy. 3 And Yahusha responding, spoke to those learned in the Torah and the Pharisees, saying, “Is it right to heal on the Sabbath?” 4 But they were silent. So taking hold of him He healed him, and let him go. 5 And to them He said, “Which of you, having a donkey or an ox that has fallen into a pit, shall not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?” 6 And they were unable to answer Him regarding these matters.
So I think that doing good such as essential services in savings lives and easing pain and suffering is OK.
